Lighthouse is our 3-day leadership retreat for Jewish professionals and emerging innovators working across the climate and energy space within the Australian Jewish community.
From 20-22 March 2026, we’re bringing together Lighthouse 2.0 at Cleveland Estate - a curated cohort gathering for a weekend designed to reconnect you with your purpose, strengthen your leadership toolkit, and build a dynamic community of practice.
Participants engage with leading experts, deepen their understanding of Australia’s climate and energy landscape, develop practical communication and influence skills, and explore how their work can contribute to high-impact, systems-level change. The program is immersive, inspiring, and grounded in Jewish values, community, and connection.

Previous Retreats
Our first Lighthouse was in March 2025 at the Cleveland Estate in Victoria’s beautiful Macedon wine region. Over the weekend of March 14–16, sixteen Jewish leaders and innovators from Sydney, Melbourne and Northern Rivers came together to learn from leading climate experts, who shared insights spanning science, public policy, advocacy, investment and clean tech. We were inspired by what participants took away:
