Around 1000 community members signed a “Birthday card to the world” in the weeks leading up to Rosh Hashana, the Jewish New Year. The letter and signatures were published in a double-page spread in the Australian Jewish News, in both VIC and NSW, at a time of peak engagement for both the community and its elected representatives.

This campaign demonstrated a powerful act of widespread community unity around climate issues that continues to generate positive ripples.
